Now you know the best Satori alternatives available.

But how exactly do you choose one?

I’ll answer that next!

How to choose the right coaching software

Ultimately, choosing the right coaching software and apps all depends on what YOU need.

Personally, I don’t use coaching software because I prefer a more customizable approach. For example, to build my multiple seven-figure business, I’ve used a selection of tools like Calendly, Teachable, and Dropbox.

But that doesn’t mean that coaching software won’t be a helpful addition to your business.

So, here are some things to consider as you explore Satori alternatives…

Features

Ask yourself: What’s most important to you in a coaching software?

Whether you want help with coaching templates, client management, or group coaching, make sure the software you choose can provide this.

Upfront and ongoing costs

More expensive doesn’t always mean better!

Remember, it depends on what you need.

My advice? Don’t compromise quality or key features to save a few bucks. You’ll just end up spending more.

Investment and ROI

Will you get your money’s worth from the software?

Consider how much time it saves, how it helps grow your business, and how it improves your client experience.

Integrations

Some Satori alternatives have dozens of integrations.

But integrations don’t matter if they aren’t for tools you already use.

So, take a quick inventory of your most-used tools – like CRM systems or Google Drive – and choose software that integrates seamlessly.

Ease of use

Save time by avoiding platforms that are hard to learn or aren’t user-friendly.

Even better, take advantage of a free trial. Plenty of Satori alternatives offer them, and it’s a great way to test the interface.

Customer support

It’s always worth checking the availability and quality of customer support.

Personally, I like the peace of mind that comes with knowing it’s there if I ever need help.

Scalability

Your coaching software should help you scale, not hold you back. Choose one that can do it without increasing prices as your client roster grows.

I share even more coaching tools (including the ones I use in my own business) in this video:
